Marie-Violaine & Christian welcome you to their home!
Ker Neizh, “the nest” in Breton, is above all a family home. We welcome our 5 children, our family, friends and guests.
We’ve designed this cottage to make you feel at home: both at home and totally independent. It’s our way of welcoming you with maximum freedom.
We travelled through many regions and several countries before settling in Brittany ‘for good’.
As lovers of this nature, this land and the sea that surrounds us on all sides, we hope to share these passions with you during your stay, and make you want to come back again, of course!
These pages aim to give you a detailed introduction to your cottage and answer most of your questions.

THE COTTAGE
We’ve designed this cottage to make you feel at home: at home with us and totally independent. It’s our way of welcoming you with maximum freedom.
Your cottage, ideally located between sea and land, offers you an independent space of almost 60 m², fully equipped, as well as a veranda, which connects it to our own home.
Discover your 2 comfortable bedrooms, the modern, spacious shower room, the fully-equipped kitchen, and
relax on your sunny terrace overlooking the garden.
We’ll be happy to advise you on what to do to make your stay a magical one.

EXPERIENCES
We want you to have extraordinary memories of your stay, so we’ve put together a host of memorable experiences for you.
Take a leg of the GR34, a famous walk along the Brittany coast, and discover the region’s spectacular scenery, without worrying about your return journey.
Take advantage of our privileged location to spend a pleasant moment on one of our beaches, for example at a brunch facing the islands, for an “improved picnic” lunch, or a special moment with friends admiring the sunset.
Share our breakfasts, lunches or dinners, where you can enjoy our specialities just like a family. We love to please you!
BOOKING
Our cottage is ideally situated on the bay of Cancale, a few steps from the beach of Port Briac, 800m from the centre of Cancale, 300m from the GR34, all bathed in calm and light.
We would be delighted to welcome you for a stay of 1 night to 1 month, and more if you wish.

The accommodation is magnificent, perfectly equipped, and decorated with great taste. Everything has been thought of down to the smallest detail so that you want for nothing. The bed is very comfortable, the surroundings are stunning, and Marie-Violaine and Christian gave us a truly warm welcome.

Entre chemin de randonnées, les pointes bretonnes, le port et le centre ville de Cancale, Saint-Malo à 25 minutes, Saint-Suliac et le Mont-Saint-Michel ; Le gîte est très bien situé.
Les décors naturels sont somptueux et ressourçants.
Le gîte nous a permis de passer un très bon séjour avec un bébé. Christian et Marie-Violaine nous ont mis à disposition un lit parapluie.
Le gîte est très agréablement décoré et au calme.
Nous avons également profité du marché de Cancale (très réputé) du samedi matin à deux pas du gîte.
Nous avons apprécié l'accueil, les bons conseils et les découvertes proposés par Christian et Marie-Violaine.

We would like to thank our friendly hosts Marie and Christian again for the wonderful time in their holiday home. We didn't miss anything, the furnishings were more than functional and very comfortable. We particularly liked the quiet evenings on the terrace and the opportunity to communicate in German....thank you very much for the many helpful tips...
The gîte is ideally located 5 minutes' walk from the Chemin des Douaniers, allowing for beautiful walks, particularly at the Pointe du Grouin, but also close to the town center, 10 minutes' walk away.
We had a superb stay.
Marie-Violaine and Christian are very welcoming and provide good advice (restaurants, walks, etc.).
We feel that you take a very communicative undisguised pleasure in it!

Le gite est très beau et super bien décoré et permet de ce sentir chez soi.
Les propositions d’activités et de sorties sont variées. Pas d’ennui au RDV !

Le Gîte est ravissant, moderne, décoré avec goût et très bien équipé, tout est fait pour que vous vous sentiez comme à la maison.
La situation du gîte est idéale, on peut se rendre à pied au village, et au port de la Houle, on peut rejoindre en quelques minutes le GR34 et faire de magnifiques balades en toutes saisons, avec des vues à couper le souffle.
Il y a plein de choses à faire à courtes distances : Saint-Malo, Dinard, le Mont-St-Michel, les promenades du côté de pointe du Grouin ou au bord de la Rance vers Saint-Suliac, sans oublier les plages magnifiques à quelques encablures du gîte...
Bref, si vous avez besoin de respirer les embruns, de vous délecter d'huitres, de mettre des images infinies et colorées sous vos yeux, de rêver de corsaires, d'arrêter le cours du temps ou de la calquer sur le rythme des marées, alors arrêtez-vous à Ker Neizh !
